HR and Compliance Specialist

As a part of our team you will have a great opportunity to:
  • Research in international employee posting and labour law regulations
  • Follow the updates in above regulations and analyze their impact on the company
  • Build partnership and trusting relationship with authorities and law firms
  • Advise other teams on requirements and how to fulfill them
  • Manage calculations related to posting/business trips
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of processes
  • Perform other tasks within HR team
